What why arent you allowed to shower?

Anybody else has a fear of growing dependent? I mean I already know I’m heavily dependent on people like farmers and oil rig workers, just like everyone else, but I’m talking about not being able to shower on your own, to walk on your own, stand or even eat on your own. Like, the day I grow too old to live a basic schedule with no physical human interaction, where I live in a nursing home and have to rely on stressed out and probably traumatized high school students trying to get their service hours in by helping me shower or eat, I’d rather —(I’ll get shadow banned)

i had surgery a few years ago and was in a wheelchair for 4 months, i couldn’t get my legs wet on either side after each surgery (done separately, i am not physically able to use crutches) and every time i showered i had to sit on a shower chair, and my mom would wash my hair and back for me 😅 was uncomfortable at times, but bathing wasnt the worst part, i had to scoot on my butt to to the toilet which took a long time and i ended up breaking the toilet seat 😂
