Leafs were a playoff team 9 straight years, and they suck for 1 season and get 1st overall... please make it make sense. And don't even get me started with the Sharks. As a Canucks fan, no words can describe how sick I'm feeling right now. It's not the end of the world, but damn 56 freaking years and still no 1st overall pick.

Since the 2014 draft, Vancouver has had a combined 98.7% chance of jumping at least a single spot in the draft lottery. That 1.3% is haunting because they have only ever dropped positions...

Crazy how the league’s biggest market, that missed the playoffs and their superstar seems unhappy with the direction of the team, just so happens to land the number one pick. Definitely not predetermined and definitely something we’ve never seen before🙄

Team goes 10 year straight making the playoffs. Last year they lead their division Then one bad year out of nowhere and proably the most anticipated generational talent falls on their laps as they absolutely ran out of draft captial. Its really hard not to frame this as rigged.
