I feel like the draft lottery should be based on points and not position alone, Toronto was 20 Points Ahead of Canucks, yet they got the #1 pick. Canucks have never won the lottery, Toronto has won several times. Also of course if both Canucks and Toronto are going into rebuilds, Toronto would get a higher pick to boost there rebuild.
