Rectangle 4 x 5 = 20 1/2 of 20 = 10
Use Horon formula A=sqrt(s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)) where s=(a+b+c)/2 or similar triangles to find h
Where is the answer and how do I figure it out? I think someone deleted the rest of the answer?
How do u figure it out
Well it didn't get solved still.
If all sides are given, you can use heron's theorem (finds area of any given triangle with 3 given side lengths) S=\frac{a+b+c}{2} \text{ where } a, b, c \text{ are given side lengths.} \text{Formula: } \sqrt{S(S-a)(S-b)(S-c)}
h : 4 = 5 : 6, h = 5 × 4 ÷ 6 ≈ 3.3333, 3 3333 × 6 ÷ 2 = 6.6666, Area = 6.6666 units
