I think you have a good idea going for getting people interested in the dish. (And I want to tell you this next part as someone who wants to see you succeed, but it is just input from myself, and I’m not an expert). Maybe start with telling people this short is a summary of the dish and the full recipe is put in a link in the bio and talk about key features this specific dish has afterwards, and then invite people, who are interested in the way the dish sounds, to see the full video from the link in the description.
