If you don’t want that brown bottom, here’s the way I do it for perfect eggs, with a nice cover over the yolk! Start off the way she did, but when it begins to cook, add some water around it BE CAREFUL THO PLEAAAASE.. IT SPUTTERS. Add the lid now, and check it once n a while till it looks like hers, just instead it has a later on the egg yolk! And enjoy with some warm bread (I also don’t add pepper or salt until after) you can also substitute the oil for som butter or coconut oil! And remember, please be careful! God Bless and enjoy ur food! ✝️

1st thing after cracking slowly into the pan, Pinch the white’s sack around the yoke to make the white uniform thickness for even cooking. When using a lid, a tablespoon or squirt of water under the cover will steam cook it faster. A great way to melt cheese on as well.
