I came here looking for seasoning recommendations and ended up ignoring the shorts entirely, browning the butter, rolling the steaks in their seasoning and soaking them in honey. Cooked on medium heat for about twelve minutes (the butter even after browning was still watery plus the steak juices 😔 you don't want to burn the honey either, thus lower heat) and cut fresh outta the pan. No complaints from the family. Far from professional but for my second time ever making a steak, it was pretty damn good. Came out ALMOST well done on the thinner of the two but still soft and juicy, sweet from the honey, savory from the seasoning that while a tad burnt soaked in super well.

Finally, someone cooks a steak that's not 1.5" - 2"... more along the size of what most people can afford. Looked delicious!
