The limit of the 100m is what makes Bolts record better. Sawe's record will be broken first because you have 26 miles to gain time on him, even if its a second somewhere. To beat Bolt's record you have ~40 strides to do it

Both are Insane. Sub 2 hour marathons were thought to be physically impossible for human beings back in the day. That being said, Sawe’s record will definitely be broken, that’s what happens every time someone sets a new standard.

A two hour marathon takes crazy mental fortitude, especially to run at that speed for 2 hours straight. Not to mention the hard work that goes in to it. The 100M is mostly natural talent
