Hey everyone! Thank you for the lovely comments & Thank you to Mr. Girish for hosting us. We're seeing some questions in comments. Don't worry part 2 is also being uploaded shortly, but we'll answer some of the questions in detail. BTW, feel free to check out our channel as well ☺: #1 Model of car: Mahindra XEV 9S Pack 3 - 79 kW. Our previous car: Honda Jazz ZX CVT 2021 [Petrol] #2 When we were talking about range, we were talking about Zirakpur to Amritsar & back. And 2 people were in car with some luggage. Range in Eco drive on highways [Using Range mode, max regen L3/LA, max speed 105 kmph, AC on at Lvl 3 speed & all 3 screens turned on]: 425-450 kms. Range in Agressive drive on highways [Using Everyday Mode/Race mode, Regen Auto LA, Constant Speed between 140-160 kmph, AC on Lvl 3 speed & passenger screen disabled]: 250 - 300 kms Range in city with mixed driving style [Using Default/Everyday mode, Regen Auto LA, Max speed 80 kmph, AC on level 3/4, & all screens enabled] : 450 -500 kms. This can go upto 550 kms with soft pedal drive & aggressive regen. Enabling the AC causes approx 50 km more decline. & setting AC to lvl 4/5 & enabling 2nd row AC can cause upto 75 km decline. We usually never disable AC because it is a non negotiable in Indian Summers. This is our observation, please don't consider this a scientific conclusion. We've felt that using the 3rd screen {Co-Driver screen} does not impact the battery life much so if you really want to save up on battery, then disabling both center & Co-Driver seat is a better call. Keeping only the driver screen on definitely helps battery a little bit. Other cars we were potentially exploring around the 20-25L budget: #1 Toyota Innova Hyross Hybrid #2 Harrier EV #3 BYD EMAX 7 #4 Kia Karens Clavis EV #5 Tata Curvv EV #6 Windsor/Pro EV #7 Tata Nexon EV #8 Creta EV #9 XUV 7X0 [Potentially a very good alternative, but long term cost ki vjha se it did not feel worth it] #10 TATA Sieraa [It was a new car & looked cool in videos, but we did not like it too much in real life] Reason for rejecting: #A Nexon & Curvv were rejected due to cabin overall space, body roll & because they were also 5 seaters. #B Windsor was pretty spacious but the drive quality was not good. Suspension & Driving quality was not good. 360 camera was also very bad & non-intuitive + 5 seater. #C Creta EV was rejected because it did not have LFP Battery & Blade Cells + 5 seater car. We park our car outside in direct sunlight, so not buying NMC battery was a big requirement. LFP vs NMC has a day night difference in terms of Chemistry. Please google it's Thermal ablity yourself. #D Kia Carens Clavis EV was also rejected because of the battery tech, The range is very less as compared to what XEV 9s claimed. Clavis EV actually is much more superior in terms of practical features, but the battery tech & overall Interior quality & design make it a deal breaker. #E BYD EMAX 7 was not bad but it is a new brand in India & open-able sunroof was a non negotiable for us. Hum vaise kholte nahi hain jyada, but it was pretty important. #F Innova Hyross was rejected because it was going out of budget for the strong hybrid ka higher variant + Hybrid car ki battery ko bhi 7-8 saal baad change krvana padta hai and it is also very costly, so all in all it was pointless to spend more. #G Harrier EV's rejection has been mentioned in the video already. If it did not have those issues, we would have gone for it. Actually Harrier's Driving quality felt better than 9S. We are not fanboys/girls. We wanted the best possible experience in a package. Because 7 seater was not a priority, but we just wanted a big proper SUV & not cSUV. Hum 9S ko bhi 3rd row seats fold krke hi chalaate hain abhi & 3rd row kabhi kabhi hi use hota hai. & BTW the FRUNK in EVs, especially 7 seater EVs mei, it is VERY VERY USEFUL! If there are any more questions, feel free to reply, we'll keep updating this message/thread. Thank you!
Looks like she did very good analysis before buying this EV vehicle it seems, good keep it up.

I never knew XUV 9S existed untill this video... thanx bro 😂
This Variant in Bangalore onroadis Rs 32.40 😢
Bhai kh raha BYD ki reliability ka nahi pata 😂 BYD is in only company who sweat out Tesla... There is no indian brand EV in India who can match them 😂😂😂
Can I used it for commercial purpose with run of 3000-5000 km month
I am not happy with rear seat. Children below 4 feet can only sit in last row. Buyers please check.

Very nice detailed real life review, thanks for this, but please, remove polythene cover from seats of the premium car. It looks really cheap .. ventilated seats also become useless
