As a fellow BYD owner, I agree with 100% of what the guest said. After 8 months, I have had no glitches or even minor issues or reason to call or go to the service centre. Service interval is 20K kms or 1 year. So if it continues to drive so well and that too trouble-free, there is really no reason to consider a different brand at all, especially as a city car. I can see the reason why BYD is now the largest selling EV company in the world. This is a foolproof product. One thing that the guest missed was that even the 12V battery in the car is a BYD Li-On battery that is expected to run for 15 years! Compare that with Exide etc.

BYD Atto 3 is the best EV car in its segment in India. I think it cannot be compared to Mahindra. It should be compared to Mercedez EQA and the likes..
