I dont understand the appeal of carbon fiber parts aesthetically. Ofc to each their own, but personally to me it just does not look good
Sound deadening is great mod.. my stereo sounds way better. Outside road noise reduced. Interior lights so easy and cheap.. I also put it in my trunk. Helps when I go into my trunk at night for gym bag. Shifter knob..

I also add the "muffler delete" but not the cathalitic converter, it really improves the sound but not too noise.

If you're considering a sound system down the line, I'd recommend installing the wiring for the system as you do the sound deadening and aftermarket stereo. Door panels and dash pieces have to come off for all that, might as well do it all at once. Afterwards, you can get your sub and amp and just plug everything in.

A mod I added to my beloved trusty old friend is TPMS. The solar monitors are highly reliable and small enough to find them a good location. I recommend the internal sensors, as they'll be less prone to damage.
