This all stems from Stellantis’ Investor Day, where Stellantis went full transparency mode and showed off every new model coming from Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. A few days ago on Investor Day, Stellantis launched a FaSTLAne 2030 plan under CEO Antonio Filosa, where they plan to commit $70 billion dollars to launch 60 new models and refresh 50 vehicles across the globe by 2030, focusing heavily on North American investments and pivoting away from EV-only vehicles and into multi-energy powertrains. To focus on Dodge, they showed a mystery car under a cover. Word is quickly spreading that this is going to be an all-new performance coupe called the Copperhead. If you look on the trademarks the name Copperhead has not been trademarked Dodge has been going after the name cuda and barracuda for those who don't know the difference barracuda means the cheaper car with the smaller engine and the cuda is the high-performance car with the bigger engine and the more performance the copperhead was a prototype vehicle that was shown off at the show's back I believe around the late 90s early 2000s

The GLH should be more like a hot hatch to fight the GR Corolla, Civic Type R, and Golf R than a next gen Hornet, but the Chrysler Airflow and GLH will reportedly be related.

Honestly, they could just make the Dodge neon SRT four again with beefed up parts keep the price low and it’ll be a smash hit, but you can’t trust dealerships to have integrity

Why was the viper even discontinued
The car under the tarp is too tall off the ground to be a VIPERESQUE sports car. The nose and hood are NOT "sleek" and lower than the CHARGER. It's CHARGER-BASED. Probably a package on top of a HELLCAT CHARGER or possibly a shortened CHARGER. Really just looks like a CHARGER with DAYTONA wing and hood vents, different fascia.
I live near the Belvidere Chrysler plant we are excited to see what car we are going to get to make.
Also bringing back the neon in cool colors with an rt version would be perfect for this economy
Stellantis is clueless. They need volume. This is not a volume model. I wish I could find the car their board arrives in so I could pee on it's wheels.

What would be sick. Have 2 or 3 snake related sports cars. Each named after the deadliest snakes. Least to greatest. Ending on the viper. Which will be dodges ultimate halo car. The other 2 lesser cars. Idk what the power plants will be. Or layout. But the viper will reveal as a mid engined rwd/awd for the 1st time. HOPEFULLY they retain its heart, the V10. But it probably is deemed in the corporate & environment space. As too outdated technology
I hope the copperhead or whatever they call it gets alot more engine options and isn't just a viper price tier halo car. I hope it targets the same price ranges the challenger used to, starting from around 30k~ up to like 100k. In a lighter and shorter but still spacious form compared to the current charger, it would sell very nicely. I feel they should do the same with the GLH and have them go up the range together alongside the chargers inevitable new variants that are coming. Also I wish they'd give the charger over to chrysler and have them make a new 300 model from it so they can focus on fixing alot of the issues with the Charger. The Charger as is with a more plushed up interior and Chrysler styling would fit the same category the 300 used to be in just fine moreso than as a charger replacement.
The copperhead?!!! They now cookin the successor to the legendary viper and making shelby a run for their money.
So, do both the engine and transmission have dipsticks? Also, they really should stop using the SRT name, seeing as they dissolved that division over a decade ago.
