Put a lot of tape around the green thing where it gets clogged. It makes it thicker and wont let two balls in at the same time. Or a piece of cardboard under the tape

Re-bend one of the catch bars so the bend is out further and it forces the balls on that side to feed to the opposite side instead of both sides feeding the collection at the same time
