We call them popsicles man Regardless of them being in plastic or having sticks. If I have to suck on it and it's flavored ice I probably call it a popsicle

Otterpop is literally the brand name

As an Australian we call them both icy polls and Zooper doopers Zooper doopers is a brand name but it sounds better then flavoured frozen water

In India we call them pepsis, because they used to be made by just freezing pepsi soda. There are a LOT more flavours now but that one is always a classic
