I got a 100% shardblade and 2 maxed out stat augments, it only granted 220% (yes, this is after they made stat augments give you 20% not 10%)

I dunno if they changed how garen q works with attack speed, but I've played a LOT of garen over the years. in the past in arena, I remember that q'ing would be a dps loss after a certain threshold of as, so you'd only use it as engage or as an interrupt. I did a stat run where I got the as percentage up to 1000 and it did NOT do that XD. I feel like there was a unlisted hotfix to make the casttime scale with as recently.

Have you seen the person who had over 300% stat multiplier? He got a stats on stats on stats max level because of unstable transmutation and every single one of the stats were prismatic and I guess bugged and next round he got a 100% anvil, and then had a 320% multiplier due to it
