I predict you'll have success with your "Nicki Positano IRL" lifestyle travel. Next you'll have to put out products besides your books, maybe some ceramics, tiles, pillow covers, 🍋 soaps or scents. Identify a Tuscany scent to go with the Positano lemon, and get local manufacturers to make them your brand. Martha Stewart started the same way, as a caterer and then into books, products and TV shows. The biggest warning for you though, is to always have multiple backup people to help you in case you suddenly get sick or are otherwise unavailable, including Carlo, Skye, other people from your videos. And I suggest you bring in your dad to do a guest lecture one night, showing off a highlights video of his career projected on a screen outside by the pool, followed by him doing a few stories and answering questions. Maybe like 2O-30 minutes of talking, so it's not too much for him. Also, I wouldn't put too much emphasis on wine on your tours, as many people don't drink alcohol much or at all these days, there are plenty of wine tours out there, and you don't want hungover guests on hour-long hikes! Many visitors to France, Italy and Scotland enjoy seeing a little of the local businesses but don't actually want to drink it. Also, maybe include two options for activities each day: the Indie option that involves hour long walks, and a Holly option that is easier for people that would otherwise be unable to attend your tours.

We went to Italy for our first time in May. I think your making a great choice having the guest come to Tuscany. Your videos of Positano are more beautiful than anything I saw or felt while visiting Positano in person. When we were in Tuscany in person it was more beautiful than any of the videos I have seen and felt wonderful in person.
