For those who don’t understand what an antom is made up of Imagine a football stadium where the very center—the nucleus—is just the size of a small marble. That tiny marble holds basically 99.9% of the entire atom's mass, which is wild because the rest of the stadium is just "empty" space where the electrons live. Inside that marble, you've got protons, which carry a positive charge and basically act as the atom's ID card (the number of protons tells you what element it is), and neutrons, which have no charge and act like nuclear glue to keep the protons from repelling each other. But if you zoom in even further, protons and neutrons aren't even the smallest things. They’re made of even tinier particles called quarks, which are held together by "gluons"—aptly named because they carry the strongest force in the universe to stick everything together. Then you have the electrons, which are tiny, negatively charged particles buzzing around the nucleus. Despite what you see in old textbooks, they don't actually fly in neat little solar system circles. They exist in "probability clouds," meaning they are essentially smeared across space until you actually try to look at them. The craziest part is the scale of the void. If you took all the atoms in a human body and removed all that empty space between the nucleus and the electrons, the entire human race would fit inside the volume of a sugar cube. We are basically 99.9999999% nothingness held together by electric fields.Anyways YOULL FLOAT TOOOOO
