If Silas would be my doctor in A&E, I would be terrified! He does not believe in his skills, so how can the patient?

Do they never give zofran in conjunction with morphine or painkillers of some sort? That eliminates much of the nausea.

I was 34 when my mother died of metastatic breast cancer. My father and I had never said "I love you" to each other - until then. 'Til the day he died at age 85 (in 2013) we never ended a conversation without saying it. I still treasure that memory / change... ♥️

Never use the word “love” with or about people who hit other people. They are abusers and horrible people who should have been arrested.

I really could care less about narrative of staff and much of the family. Just give us the patient care acts

My son is now 26 years old and as a teenager had 2 fairly serious accidents; the first as 15 when he broke his tibia and fibula and the second 4 months later he was hit by a car while on a bike going to work! Scary times for us. Then later on he had a skiing accident that ended up with him breaking his neck. That was very scary for us too! I can truly appreciate the feelings of these parents as they look at their injured children. My son was very lucky that his accidents didn’t drastically change his life.

I love how they always have this segment with the parents at home, and sometimes it's a wholesome story and sometimes they just tell us about the time when [adult child] was 3 years old and shat their pants in front of everybody. 😂
