Mat, I've been making a computer to play high end virtual keyboards. It's from 2 different computers connected to my late parents. I finally got it working beautifully, last night, and decided to make the router powered internally from a cable inside the PC. I took a gamble on the polarity; thinking it wouldn't matter, but it destroyed the router...... I was in tears. But then I watched your video and saw that you also took the polarity gamble and also lost. 😂 so that made me feel less alone in my silliness. At least I didn't do it on a Bugatti. And thank god it didn't break the pump. Actually, ironically the cable I cut off to fit the Molex cable in the PC to tap the 12v line, was from an old water pump. That's a bit coincidental. Like everybody else, I'm rooting for you. Go on son

Your misfire when cold is due to a bad Evap purge solenoid. When they fail internally it allows raw fuel vapor into the intake plenum and creates a misfire. You don’t have a code for it yet because you need a few drive cycles for the ECM to detect excessive flow and not closing properly. The Vayron has 2 purge solenoids one or both could be bad. View your misfire monitors and confirm if one bank or both are misfiring and that will give you good indication which one failed.
For your misfiring on startup. Make sure your air injection valves aren't bad. Unless I'm mistaken.Hoovie had a similar issue and it has something to do with the air injection on startup. Again he found a Volkswagen Passat part to be the same thing as on the Bugatti
The gearbox PRV does not control any motor function, it simply relieves excess pressure, titanium for exhaust, it will crack and set it ablaze (aircraft tech here)

I was watching you for the first time with my mom. She has dementia and she said she watches you all the time and explaining how you fix cars with your dad and you always fix everything at the end. ❤️. She forgets my children names but she remembers you and it makes her so happy.
To be fair the expense is not so much in the parts and labour said company charges but for all the R&D and overhead running costs they have to absorb to this point.Matt finds the parts at retail prices and fits them with a low budget which is phenomenal really considering that vehicle can be electronically locked out,hats off to Matt and the team.
14:07 the next time you clean those filters make sure the hole is pointed down use gravity to pull the debris out. You didn’t clean them fully.

as a Mechanical Engineer I can advise you those metal filters are not meant to be replaced, they are designed so they can just be cleaned, you would only replace them if damaged. Just one point, if you can try and use the correct torque settings when tightening bolts, its really important.
This is a huge kick in the nuts of the right to repair movement against corporate greed
