It’s funny. I actually had a real mechanic that came in the other day “hey man, this is the problem, I just honestly don’t want to do the work.” He was right. Blew my mind.

Dude. I respect the hell out of this. Hes right. If I come into your shop, told you what was wrong, you fix what I told you to fix, you’ve done exactly what I asked you to do. No one can be mad about that. But the customer is going to leave the mechanic a 1 star review and get all their lil buddies to do the same thing.
