Looks like another pummel party. It looks gorgeous, but gorgeous looks, usually mean a higher price. And anything over 10 bucks you wont get you friends to buy. Most of the time 20 games are nothing for people that are used to Mario Party. Still maybe the online aspect might be able to make it interesting.
