Now, months later, 1.21 has 6 new effects. Infestation, windburst, weaving, ozzing, trial omen, raid omen, and 7 if you count the redesigned bad omen.
Bruh. Freinberg did an AA (all achievements) speedrun on the newest version (1.21.5). He didn't manage to finish the run in a good time, as the thunderstorm didn't come, but 'how did we get here' was done during the run.
and it will be even harder to do it in 1.21 since there are loads of new effects: wind-charged, infested, oozing, weaving ominous potion or the bad omen (raid omen, ominous trial)

Another new problem with doing this is that if you try using a Warden for the effect, the Warden will probably kill you or the other mobs needed for the effects while you're setting things up.
The german streamer BastiGHG has got it in 1.19. He also got every achievement in the game in Hardcore. It wasn’t a speedrun but he did it.
