First one's attempted murder
15 years ago, my daughter left her bf in Europe when she found out he cheated on her. I was financing the trip as a graduation present for the both of them. I canceled his return flight first class. He didn't have any money to get back home. Got heat from his mom on the phone after she had to transfer money for him. I simply told her her son cheated on my daughter, and hung up. Daughter went to another part of Europe, met her now husband, just gave me and my wife our third grandchild.

Linked-In apology story: He honestly couldn't write his own apology and had to have an AI do it? Yeah, definitely not a good fit. Revenge for mom story: OUCH! I don't know what kind of business mom and this person had, but I'm almost surprised OP hasn't made complaints to the city business licensing office, health department, building codes department, etc. Or even contacted the police anonymously about the business selling d**gs out of the back room or some such. Dueling vacations story: That's not really pro revenge, that's more a tit for tat petty revenge. Still, it's likely to be effective. Richard story: Jack, you do realize that OP seriously insulted the manager by naming him Richard, don't you. After all, the usual nickname for Richard is D*ck. I agree with the last part, don't get mad, get even. You can't think clearly when you're mad, so calm down before you plot your revenge.
