It is in nature that I wait and God finds me.
Listening to birdsong for at least 15 minutes per day is good for your mental health. Birds won't sing when predators are nearby; your DNA knows you're safe. Very effective for my CPTSD. Just not to try to sleep to; birdsong is busiest at dawn when they all wake up, and your body knows that, too. Forest sounds with Owls though, that's zzzzz.

Someone made this suggestion awhile back and loved it. When you are around a river or creek just play a video like this in the background this is 11 hours of creek sounds and you can find others on youtube to suit your desired sound. just play this in the background when you are around water. You can also do one for forests to immerse yourself further.
