The best part about cave diving is that you dont have to do it
Go into small dark tunnels with a limited oxygen supply? Nope. RIP
Nothing is routine at 160ft depth.
This is why I do all my diving from my bed or couch via yt.
Wanna know what's worse? The rescue diver sent to recover their bodies has also passed away. I will never understand cave divers. Just stay away!
A rescue diver just died trying to recover the bodies... rip...
“it’s not cleared exactly what went wrong” bruh, you already said they were exploring a cave about 165ft deep - that’s exactly what went wrong.
Being too poor for this activity is actually totally ok for me
Diving to 160 feet is anything but a routine dive. That is beyond recreational diving.
I've always wanted to never do this
Cave-diving is one of those things I have zero interest in ever doing. That being said, I do feel bad and have sympathy for the victims and their families.
Scuba diving at 160 feet is not recreational diving. It tec diving. Recreational diving is very safe. Tec diving in caves is always dangerous and you better know what you are doing because a 5 minutes mistake can get you killed.
RIP to all those that died.
I'm an experienced caver, and I'm a certified scuba diver, and absolutely nothing would ever get me to cave dive.
Cave diving is extremely dangerous. I hope no one else is lost trying to recover the dead.
"Routine Excursion"? Erm... Cave Diving as a tourist is not routine.
Many bad decisions were made to get to that point.
Avoid underwater caves. Humans don’t have gills.
What a dangerous endeavor
"Not clear exactly what went wrong". To start with, 165 feet under water.
