A nanny might be a good idea, but as a teacher also look into a daycare. Some daycares do part time where she can go 2 or 3 times a week. When she is there she will be able to interact with other kids, and you will be able to rest and get work done. There's nothing wrong with a little bit of help, whether through a nanny or a daycare.
