I raised a half bobcat about two decades ago. He was the sweetest boy. I'll never not miss him.

They should be taken to Wildlife Rescue so they can be raised so it is safe to let them go back to their natural environment. Releasing one that has not been raised to be released back to the wild won't know how to hunt. It will starve to death, if not killed by larger predators. This sounds terrible, but, that is what happens when you do not do right for the little guy when you first found it.

My uncle found one that way when he was out hunting. He kept Bobby the Bobcat until his last days of old age. That contract was made with love. I can guarantee you that giving that animal up broken heart..
