Owners allowing pets to jump out windows shouldn't have pets or kids.

Dog parents should be aware to not let dogs poke their heads out, instead they opened the whole window for them to jump out. They never deserved dogs.

In Germany there is a law (of course) u have to put them in an (expensive) cage or in a special harness, basically they are fixed and secured like a toddler for their own protection and because this is "load" and if you hard brake the weight of a small dog from behind can acutally break your neck or go straight through front window ...

Or hear me out, don't roll the window down low enough for your fog to jump out. The more you know.

Me here thinking who is so dumb that they dont understand keep things inside of a vehicle especially when its moving. Not outside. So no dog aint poking his head out of the window either. You can open the window enought to let the air in.

Or just use a normal leash and hold it?? Its not that hard,i have a dog and i always do this just in case.
