A single tent, a retextures stair variant, and a forest biome. Can you please work on finishing existing mechanics like archeology, or the fletching table, or villager trades, or minecarts, or the end being given more end game content, and more.

colored leaves and the red bush is cool and all, but I was really hoping for a little something more. the wood set looks too much like pale oak, it needs to be darker. wool stairs are cool though I guess, even if I dont use wool very often

An autumn-themed biome is nice, and I think it is cool how they’re adding another wood type that complements pale oak. The new structure is neat, but I’m predicting that this is probably going to be similar to the ruined portal, where it’s basically everywhere you turn, which takes that special feeling away from the structure. I don’t think this update is inherently bad by any means, but the way the event was hyped up really gave me the vibe that this was going to be something huge. I feel like I’d prefer it if they just casually announced it in a post or something rather than hosting a big event. That is likely why some people are pretty upset about this. Bottom line for me is this: Is this a bad update so far? No. Am I excited after seeing what was shown off? Not really… it’s more like an “oh, cool” and then I go back to what I was doing before that.
I looove the leaves and the bushes and the wool stairs, all great!! But whhyyyy more millenial greige for wood? We have sooooo many grey blocks in minecraft, I wish we'd get some nice light blue. Maybe blue is a bit crazy for wood (though teal wood is also already a thing) but please add more blue blocks to the game!

This biome can be better, it's already good! But all they need to do is add sparse generation of pumpkin patches, the rare generation of a jack o lantern here and there and some sweet berry bushes, as it's autumn themed i think it should have those, as autumn is the harvest season so it should be rich in food and harvests.

I missed the live, but I'm guessing that the stream chat once again expected a new dimension and then got butthurt when they didn't get a new dimension. I for one like the new forest! and it seems plenty of people also enjoy the autumn/fall forest with it's many warm coloured leaves and grass,.. Also definitely a plus to get Wool Stairs and Slabs!
I have a feeling this drop will be for the cottage core players and I love that.
