That's germany not the US. Poster in the back says Kreisliga (name of a german amateur league) and the guy doesn't only say go, he also says komm (come on) and hechte (dive for the ball).

It's a good drill, as long as you allow both to go both ways...promotes a forward to.shoot with the weaker foot and the keeper to save to their weaker side... Works well...really well
