What a comeback and what an incredible game. Three aces in a row at a key moment. Fonseca became only the second player to turn around a game against Djokovic as the Djokovic opened 2 sets to 0 in a Grand Slam. Melzer at Roland Garros 2010 was the only one.
This match had everything. Multiple insane rallies, clutch until the last moment, and an unexpected ending telling the most classic heroic story of a young warrior defeating the giant against all odds.

Novak fan here, one of the best matches so far, but my word, fonseca was unplayable all round, he is especially clutch and calm in so many important points, djokovic certainly missed on a lot of chances on his 1st serve. Fonseca hammered so many aces, and powerful groundstrokes, and answers most of novaks shots, what a performance by fonseca 🎉
