Never knew his name or anything, yet finds him as an adult to say βhey I know I coulda ended the manhunt for this missing boy 20 years ago since I saw you and your watch. Now after all these years, youβre completely unrecognizable but I found you and now YOU have to turn yourself in and confessβ like what. You care enough to find this guy 20 years later just based off how he looked in the two seconds you could see him as a child when you were driving past, but you didnβt care enough back then to tip off the cops to something you know would be damning evidence?
