If i remember correctly the kid got schizophrenia or something because he was taking medications that were faulty and either gave him schizophrenia or schizophrenia like visions so he was doing what a imaginary guy told him to do. He gets put in juvy but they prosecute the people that sent them the medication

I love how in all this American Shit Shows, Police does not do their Job and only acts on stuff Days later. The Weapon would be found the Minute the Kid was found in the Boiler Room, because the Whole Room would be searched thoroughly.
