You've reached the end
"show a copy of the contract" isn't unreasonable and doesn't mean court is the next step!
Going to his house without even the waiver paper/contract?? Come-on
Why would you even allow or want to test ride on a wet road.
Valid reaction by the dad, he did not deny , he just asked to see the contract to actually know what he’s dealing with before proceeding
So I work at a dealership and usually they expect the dealerships insurance to cover it. But recently a lot of dealers require an existing full coverage policy to cover the test drive
Why would you turn up at the house like some mafia weirdo. Send the letters, file a suit if it doesn’t get paid.
This employee is really stupid for going to a customers home without any paperwork.
His dad is actually doing the right thing and he’s not being unreasonable. He asked for the paper and he wants to go over with it with his son before it escalates more.
Some weirdo on a bike shows up at my house telling me my son damage the bike. Of course I'm going to shut the door and say talk to my lawyer
Actually the dealership must have insurance on all the bikes.
Bad dealership management, wet slippery road, ass driver, new tires, everything can go wrong and this is an example
That's what insurance is for.
This video tells me this “dealership” isn’t operating in a legit way. No legit dealership sends some 18 year old kid to “confront” a potential customer that had an accident on a test drive. That’s what insurance and lawyers are for. The fact they sent their little cousin who washes the bikes to go ask “they wanna know what’s up”, instead of process server serving them via a lawyer tells me they don’t have proper insurance and they don’t even have any kind of lawyer for these kinds of instances. Complete amateur hour and I think they would lose this case if they went forward with some kind of frivolous lawsuit.
This just screams we fucked up by not having insurance on the bike so we’re gonna try and scare this kid into paying instead of going the legal route
Showing up at someone's house is wild....
What did you expect? Good dad.
“They wanna know, uh, what’s up with everything…” This guy is going places! Mostly to peoples houses.
You're gonna lose that battle showing up at someone's house.
They are Soo cooked
I think the idiots that let a KID test ride a unfamiliar bike on wet roads then drove to his house are the ones that are going to be surprised if this reaches the court room
