I had one of those usual suspects buy a camera lens from me on marketplace. We agreed on a price and when he arrived he came up $50 short. He tried to haggle me on the spot even though we agreed on the price earlier. I made him payid the rest. It wasn't much money but it is the principal.

With regard to the 52k contract, if the seller said," I don't have $500 now but in a week, when I get paid again, I can eft $500 and fulfil the contract. Until then you have the car and $51.5k " and this will be fine.
