Spoiler: I think Mary is going to end up being a therapist at A-sync. We hear in one of Kanes original videos that a guy skipped forward in time a few months in the backrooms and they detained him when he found his way back, and they were supposedly rehabilitating him so he could continue to work because his family thought he was dead. Maybe she’s his therapist helping him deal with this and Is the reason he snapped, in the movie she admits to herself she can’t help anyone, and they will probably go more in depth in a second movie or tv series. Mary’s storyline leaves a lot of questions and that has to be intentional.
How did this movie even make it to the movie. Its the most terrible, boring movie ever

in the youtube series, the complex (backrooms) emits a green light when it creates new rooms. During the chase scene with mary and the entity, right before the room with all the couches, on the left in a room you can see a green glow of light down a hallway. This is a nod to the complex creating more rooms while mary is actively being chased.

Saw the movie yesterday and it just blew me away almost like watching The Twilight Zone episodes A must see for horror fans
2:10 there was also another reference in that sequence, with it being almost identical to ANOTHER picture of the “backrooms” that circulated when the sources of the images were found to be originally from a hobbytown store’s renovation blog
Ok don't know if anyone caught this as I'm putting my two cents in EVERYWHERE as I'm so blown away that I caught it! When Clark and the furniture store crew(Himself Bobby & Kat) are filming his commercial the BR'S immediately begins copying them as when Clark goes in for the first time the "Throne Room" is a copy of the moment they are filming the commercial down to Bobby & Kats shoes "fused" into the floor right where they were standing whilst Clark sat in the throne chair 🤯🤯🤯
i think the cavemen cutouts are attempts to capture the entities for analysis, as we see in the backrooms portion of clark's furniture store that whenever they are knocked over it triggers a mechanism shoot out an anesthetic kind of gas.
This movie was shit
I watched the movie. Honestly, kind of disappointed. The ending was too sudden, the storyline not that intriguing. Probably wouldn't recommend watching it

How does Mary’s childhood flashbacks tie in to Clark’s story and or the movie as a whole?
