There are tons of nods to things in the Marvel Universe found in Guardians of the Galaxy. For example, Bereet (a Hulk character), Cosmo the Spacedog in the Collector's lair, and pretty much every character but Stan Lee's cameo has quite a presence in the MU.

This one came from the actress Alex Kingston (Doctor Who,ER). In the first Avengers Age of Ultron Trailer as you see Black Widow going down the street on a Bike. She passes a Police Box which looks a lot like the Tardis from Doctor who. Another thing you should remember from this is Joss Whedon is a fan of British TV shows. In the UK the title of the first Avengers film had to be changed to Avengers Assemble as their was a TV series called the Avengers in the UK which Joss Whedon has admitted he is a fan of. The TV series isn't about superheroes but about spies.

Guess what I figured out? Y'know that yellow gem on Vision's forehead? INFINITY STONE! PLUS, THANOS IN EXTRA SCENE! COINCIDENCE? I THINK NOT!
There is aother easter egg in the Age of ultron! When Tony Stark is getting ready for battle and picks up the drive containing the "friday" program, there is another drive on top of his table labled as "tadashi", which is a clear reference to big hero 6 ^^

In Catching Fire, in the scene where President Snow is watching Katniss almost shoot Finnick, the screen that Snow is looking at says "A-113" in the bottom right corner.
The carpet pattern in the Toy Story franchise was the same carpet pattern used in The Shining. Also the room number in The Shining 237 (Don't know if that's the right number.) is used a couple times in all the 3 toy stories!
also in mission impossible ghost protocol, when ethan needs extraction from the hospital, he goes to point "alpha 113" or "A113"
