I got tendinitis in my hip from doing less than a year of doing Muay Thai but it’s more than bearable so I can only imagine how bad it has to be with both of Bas’ arms to end his career. Take your recovery as seriously as you take your training, folks. Mobility exercises have been a lifesaver for me but I recommend doing it as soon as possible.
The Rock trains really hard for this movie. Not only learning MMA. But gain like 30 or 40 pounds of muscle.
