Let me break down the magic on this plate: ✨ The Middle: Classic crisp lettuce and juicy tomato, tossed with sweet blue crab, all wrapped up in creamy coconut milk and fragrant kreung paste. 🥩 The Top: Marinated wagyu beef, done lok lak style, savory and umami-packed with a bold kreung kick. Finished with a luscious aioli made from cracked Kampot pepper, fresh lime, Kewpie mayo, and sea salt.
