Who tf cares? Why tell someone they’re faking when you could just say nothing and move on. Most of the time you just end up looking like a dick anyway, especially if you were wrong.

I have an autonomic disorder called Dysautonomia and I look perfectly normal entirely. But in truth have limited movement. Cant work out. Or be in public spaces for long and cant drive and basically need someone with me when I do go out.
