It's very clear what will happen. Tokyo, Chicago, and Coppenhagen will have Unity raids for MMewtwo, as Shitantic knows that the numbers will be there. Global Go Fest will have Super Mega Raids for Mewtwo, so you'll have to deal with the 12 shields there, technically nerfing the raid.
