Hey Gotham, I doubt you'll read this, but I just wanted to say thank you for all of the educational chess content and specifically the Slowrun you've been doing over the past several years. I started 2026 at 380 elo after 4 years of playing chess and casually watching chess content, but I made the resolution that by the end of 2026, I could reach 1000. After taking to heart some of the principles and ideas you've been teaching over the years, I've reached 700 elo for the first time today, and in large part I have you and Danya (may he rest in peace) to thank for that, so thank you, Gotham for the wonderful service you've done for the entire chess world, and especially for beginners.
