Every month? That sucks. If they only do 1 a month, there's 13 of them at the end, and that's only the ones there. That means you have to wait over a year for your next turn. I'd do a week, yes it's less time but you can do a lot in a week. And you'd only have to wait a couple months until you got to do it again.
