Let’s explain tipping. You think you’re the only one tipping her. How much do u make an hour? Let’s say a waitress makes minimum wage and she sees anywhere from 20-50 customers a day. If she does a good job, she’ll get around let’s say an average of 5 dollars per customer. That’s either a 100 dollars or that’s 250 dollars. A DAY! now in tips alone, do u make 100-250 per day? Bet most will say no. This is why a tip isn’t mandatory, it’s a T I P. You wanna make 1000 a week in tips alone? You better work your ass for it.
