As a long time hurricane fan that was a hard watch being done by the crusaders again. I'm being told (by resting key players) that it's better to lose a game in order to win the next. However I have many memories of that not being the case. So why can't we set out to win them all, at least try. Maybe I'm just a bad loser God knows I've had lots of practice LoL
This is genuinely the best sevu Reece has looked in months, if he was like this every week he'd be up for world's best winger
Good win by the Crusaders. Finals footy will do the talking tho. Hurricanes without 9 of their starting 15, most of whom are All Blacks, was always gonna be tough against a full strength Crusaders

Crusader fans shouldn't get too carried away. . Have counted how many Canes top side and bench were not playing and it is 15.. Aumua, Tosi, Lauake, Dearns, Delany, Lakai,, Iose, D Flanders, Kerefe, Henare, Love, Barrett, Proctor, Fineanganofo, Punivai. Most of the team that took the field were virtual unknowns and clearly very experienced. The usual Canes strong defence was non existent. Actually this result helps the Canes in the playoffs. Reece was amazing. He is certainly worthy of an ABs call up..

This is why i don't trust this team Hurricanes. They were doing just fine throught the whole tournament but when it comes to the play-offs, and they play like they don't know what to do with the ball, like they chasing chickens
The ref really did help the hurricanes vs the crusaders last game. Especially with them forward passes , this really does prove it.

Crusaders in good form, but can't read much into a game like this. Nothing to gain for the Canes. Looking forward to the finals.
