You've reached the end
Mam seeing a guy flat out no response like that is not easy to watch
Followthrough with the arm, jumped to make deliberate head contact, knocked flat out cold. The IIHF is soft enough as it is, I can’t see him ever stepping on this ice again and this time for good reason
Clean as whistle....crosseyes straightened right out
Dont matter if you are cross eyed keep your head up
When your losing so you go back to your child ways 😂
Head up
Well, that was dirty and unnecessary. He shouldn't ever play in another international tournament again.
Tip8cally USA way. Them love to intentionally injure a player .
Wow that's dirty, Edmonton better start looking for a guy to protect there stars... yes I know this is the worlds but not one player got in his face! Canada is going soft
Keep your head up
A Lil love tap and hes out stiff as a board
ur a coward bud! U watched the entire thing! Not a good teammate
HE JUMPED UP WITH FOREARM ELBOW TO HEAD......HE COULD HAVE STSYED DOWN AND BODIED HIM BUT NO IN TRUE AMERICAN FASHION G0TTA BE DIRTY
Blindside hit... but Bouchard is too experience (or should be) to go in to the situation with head down/ turned and no situational awareness/ sense of danger at all. At least one of his eyes would have been on Lindgren even with his head turned.
Bouchard's head hit the ice hard, too. Heard has has a concussion.
Ryan lingren has a target on his head now. Fucked him self royally now
Canuck dude got Steven'd inside the blue line. Heads up 7up?? 🤔
Keep your head up. Don't admire your pass.
Suspend his ass from ever playing in the WC, and I don't even like Canada
It was very unfortunate, but that should not have been called a penalty. Bouchard had a body position, specifically a head position, that made a direct hit to the body impossible. Hunched over with his head so low to the ice that it makes a hit to the body impossible without hitting the head first is exactly why the rulebook specifies, if the opponent puts himself in a bad position. Lindgren's shoulder did hit Bouchard's chest, but went through his head to get to the body and that's in the rulebook as an exception to Rule 48. (Straight from the Rulebook) (i) Whether the player attempted to hit squarely through the opponent’s body and the head was not "picked" as a result of poor timing, poor angle of approach, or unnecessary extension of the body upward or outward. (ii) Whether the opponent put himself in a vulnerable position by assuming a posture that made head contact on an otherwise fullbody check unavoidable. The head was not picked. Bouchard's body position made it impossible to hit the body without going through the head. If you played full contract hockey, then you'd remember coach saying, "Stand UP to a hit" or "get your head out of way." Bad call. The rule is written that way so you can't duck a hit. It's that way so when a player has you lined up, you don't duck before contact.
