Um, restraining a lawyer who is representing a client is basically grounds for like 20 different lawsuits and any and all evidence to be tossed. Also probably grounds for dismissal from any law enforcement position as it’s a violation of basically every constitutional right a defendant has.

Why is everyone ignoring the hospital’s liability in this. Without a court order or the patients consent they cannot perform any X-rays or CT scans.

The FBI isnt secret service...they have rules....that said the evidance still means nothing if they did the test, evidances get thrown out all the time for the smallest of mistakes
